The Morristown & Erie's
Lehigh Limited (
http://www.anniversary.merail.com) is only a week and a half away! There are a very limited number of tickets remaining in the
Magnolia (4) and the New York Central #38 (5). There are also a limited number of standard coach seats still available. These will not last for the rest of this week - grab them while you can! Due to the late date, all tickets sold from this point forward will be held for pickup on the date of the trip.
The on-board gift shop is going to be set up in the
Birken, and will feature a limited number of Morristown & Erie souvenir items including t-shirts, mugs, magnets, and mouse pads. A brand new book,
Morristown & Erie, Vol. #1 – The Early Years: 1895-1952 (
http://www.garbelypublishing.com/public ... -1895-1952), is scheduled for release on August 24th and will be available for the first time on board the train. Additionally, a limited number of the out-of-print book
The Morristown & Erie by Bob Pennisi will also be available. Other railroad books, both in and out-of-print, will be available. Railroad mugs, decorative signs, postcards, timetables, and train-related toys will complete the list of items for sale.
The commissary, also located in the
Birken, will feature breakfast items, snacks, and beverages for sale throughout the trip.
Please remember that both the commissary and gift shop are not equipped to handle credit or debit cards and will be CASH ONLY.
Lunch for the trip will be catered by That's Amore, an Italian restaurant in Bethlehem, PA (
