hmm and I thought it was just because of the structure itself was about ready to fall apart, but I can see how a lot of wear on the curve could weaken the bridge

but the ex-LV Bridge in Phillipsburg, can it be reused, I mean the ROW is intact and used by Northfolk Southern, but can the bridge used for passenger service?
