They say leisure suits are coming back - time to dust mine off and see if it still fits!

About 3 years ago, I went flying with my friend and we flew over these two ROW's. Unfortunately, I deleted aerial photo. But after the flight, I went and found an access road and walked the area. Do I assume correctly that your photo and my photos are a match? Just east of Batavia. 42°59'30.3"N 78°07'14.2"W

Sorry for the delay, I was 2 1/2 weeks without a computer except for a brief borrow of a tablet. Amazing how much we rely on them for things!

I'd say based on the coordinates you are probably correct, altho the abutments in my pic don't seem to show what your pics do. But time changes everything.

OK, let's revive this. Here are 3 pics of dubious quality, but worth at least a first look. The Ontario Midland Railroad began operations October 1, 1979. I don't have the date of these pics handy, but not TOO long after that a reefer arrived for WM Storage, a cold storage facility just south of Rt 104 at Wallington. The building was reached by a long lead off the former PRR, going north and then east, crossing a road and finally climbing a slight grade to the spot.

I have no idea how long it had been since CR had been in there, but there certainly had not been any weed spray applied in many years. OMID track department walked the spur and gave their blessing, but the delivery of that car was done at an extremely slow speed with the crew a bit apprehensive since they were almost taking it on faith that the rails were even there. All went well and the car was delivered without a problem.
