This could be an easy kitbash. Buy a B23-7, and cut off the nose. Smokey Valley makes a high hood kit, and the cabless section. Some of the ex BN B30-7AB had a raised dynamic brake hatch, which goes behind the cab. This is a Details West (I think) part. New handrails need to be made because of the gaps where the cab was.
