Does any know if this locomotive still exists anywhere on display, operational or in storage?

No. 602 4-6-0 built in 1899. The new York Central made two Ten-Wheelers that were considered the fastest and the largest passenger engines. They were built by Brooks for the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern's main line. Cylinders were 20" by 28" and drivers 80" in diameter.

Here is what I could find on LS&MS # 602 , Built by Brooks Loco works in 1899 , builder plate number was 3333 renumbered in 1905 to # 5002 to Lake Erie & Western in 2/ 1913 also reclassified to F-51 from old (I) class when to scrap 7/1918 . This information came from Steam Locomotives of the New York Central Lines Book by William D. Edison and H.L. Vail Jr. Vol# 2 Parts 1-7
