I noticed that the R&N has uncovered the LNE line that went from Tamaqua to Summit Hill. The tracks are uncovered thru Coaldale. They were buried for decades. Is this for car storage for the re-opening of the breaker at the end of Tamaqua along that line? I've been told R&N is doing a lot of coal biz with that new operation.

Well, that is some news! Google maps aerial view shows tracks clear to Bull Run St, west of Coaldale (no idea how old the picture are), but going all the way through Coaldale would be over another mile. I think the breaker in Tamaqua is sometimes called Arlington Breaker (after the name of that section of town). There was an old mine LC&N #14, later known as Greenwood Colliery in that area I think. Looking at the 3rd picture here: http://www.gingerb.com/arlington_station.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
it looks like it is indeed the current breaker.
