I've seen a couple pictures of Kenova from the late 70's and how there used to be a lot more yard trackage than there is now. Now, all you have are two on the north side for interchange with NS, two on the south side for interchange, and the NS KRT transfer track. How big was the yard in Kenova before everything went downhill?

Pictures for reference from RP.net

Also, anyone have any history on the yard in Ashland or how the tracks were originally laid out? I know about the old railroad depot/bank, but wondered how the tracks ran before everything shifted north, especially if there was a wye from the Lex sub to the depot.
