JEREMY TAYLOR

Passed away this past week at age 95.

He was a mid-level supervisor on the NYC, a General Manager on the PC, and a VP-Operations on the Long Island.
A talented photographer and author of many books and articles dealing with traffic and operations on the NYC, PC and Conrail.
He donated his NYCS photograph collection to the New York Central System Historical Society previously.

I'm sorry to see this - I have his books, "A Sampling of Penn Central" and "Conrail Commodities". He also lent his considerable knowledge to authors of several other railroad books. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but gained much knowledge from reading his work over the years.

Rest in Peace, Jeremy.
