Is this a B&O signal?

Got no info with this other than "maybe" B&O. I can't find much online. It's large, at least 24" square, looks like bottom and upper left display red only. Case is aluminum.

Have determined this is a US&S signal similar to those installed by Conrail on former PRR (and likely other) lines in the 1980s.
