Is the MMA still using leased EMD's like they did in 2003-04?
MM&A stores former Amtrak F40PH and Amtrak/CDAC freight F40's, and in times of power needs, these units are placed into service.
Also, MM&A has purchased some former BAR GP7/9 units which are in regular service.
