Is Donner closed due to snow? (3-15-2023)

Amtrak 5/6 have been cancelled the last two days -and Amtrak reports this is due to "snow removal equipment problems"

So I'm wondering what the deal is with Donner - open or closed. (today is 3-16-2023)

UP had the SP rotaries working Donner, UP rotaries working Sherman Hill, and I must assume D&RGW wedges or rotaries working the Rockies.

That storm was enough to keep the Tahoe ski resorts open until June
