Is 160.485, CTCSS 173.8 still active in NJ?

I've been listening to the subject matter radio frequency for several months now and have heard nothing. Is it still active?

NYSW Southern Division in NJ is 160.485, as it has been. I have heard transmissions down in the RFP area as recently as Saturday. IF you are listening in the Butler area, you are likely to hear less, maybe even nothing, as they abolished WS6 and replaced it with SJ1, working out of Sparta, and not running east from there
