After the late Summer derailment near Martinsville, it looks like Rail America is investing quite a lot of $ in the "power line". For the last few weeks the line from the Indianapolis yard south has recieved new ballast and ties where needed, which seems to be most of the line. I beleive the contractor is Rail Works. They have had a full work crew on the line with tie cranes, spike machienes, tie tampers, ballast regulator all followed by a production tamper. Track around Camby IN that once looked line a washboard now is straight as an arrow.
