Pertaining to all railroading subjects, past and present, in Pennsylvania

In the late 80's I remember watching trains at the Boundry St. crossing in Pittsburgh, under 5th Ave, where the line tunneled under several blocks. On the north side of the tunnel the line joined up with a larger (doubletrack) line, possibly Conrail, behind the Iron City brewery. To the south the line bordered the CMU campus.
I remember seeing Chessie logos on cabooses, so I'm assuming it was a CSX line. But I would like to know for sure what that line was called, who owned it then, who owns it now, and the same info for the larger line to the north. I haven't been out that way in 15 years. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I can tell, this is the old B&O track. (ref Pennsy in the Steel City, enclosed Map). That would explain the Chessie logos.
