Fair-use quote from the article:
MassLive.com wrote:An employee with Pan Am Railways was transported by helicopter ambulance to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield Tuesday after suffering a serious injury in an accident in the rail yard , police said.

The 43-year-old employee suffered what were described as “lower extremity injuries” while working among the locomotives and trains in the rail yard. Condition reports from the hospital were not available.

Any idea why the FRA shows no record of the 2010 accident on their database? Supposedly all of their investigations are posted in their eLibrary, however they show nothing regarding that fatality.
