Incident at Deerfield 01/28/2014

Guilford Rail System changed its name to Pan Am Railways in 2006. Any idea why the FRA shows no record of the 2010 accident on their database? Supposedly all of their investigations are posted in their eLibrary, however they show nothing regarding that fatality.
