There are roughly thirty trains a day on the Keystone Subdivision but since the implementation of "One Plan" a few years ago most of these run at night. In the summer one can reasonably expect to get ten to twelve trains in daylight, fewer this time of year.

Did they run quite a few more before the 6/1/99 split?

Ya got me. You'll have to fine someone who was trackside on the Keystone Sub before that date.

It is not so much the 'One Plan', MofW Curfew's have been in place on the Keystone since July.....you can run trains or you can work on the track....you can't do both at the same time.

Pennsylvania........the Keystone Sub is the line from Pittsburgh through Connelsville, Pa---Sand Patch--and down to Cumberland, MD.
