On Saturday a body was found on the tracks near Storrs Street. Rumors had it that the male was struck by a train. Police confirmed it last night and released more information. There is a picture of a number of homeless posted on the Concord Monitor camping out under the military flat cars. Concord has quite the homeless group living in that area. Don't think it was the military movement that struck the victim. It was gone for almost a week.
