HO scale GP38-2s or MP-15s in new paint scheme

Has anyone heard about Athern or another major model railroad company producing a GP38-2 or MP-15 in the new NY&A colors?

Several pictures in "Railpace" magazine on a fantrip looked really good with the MP-15s in the "new" green, black and white colors.

One of our club members has both an MP-15 and a GP-38-2 in the newest scheme. His friend apparently paints them up. No idea who or where but I will try and find out!
