Have seen Hicksville Yard with long cuts of Herzog hoppers on the center and east-side tracks recently. NYA lost the use of the yard to the LIRR again???

Passed by on a Penn-bound train late Saturday, 3/7, afternoon. The long cuts of Herzog hoppers I had seen a month ago were gone, and there was MoW equipment on the yard trackage. There was a cut of LIRR hoppers with at least one MP-15ac for power on the siding east of the Yard.
