I believe Harris tower is now in the hands of the local NRHS.

HARRIS controlled only the western half of the Harrisburg station complex, the other half was operated from STATE, which was ensconsed in a room on the east (south) side of the station building. STATE also operated ROY interlocking at Royalton. It had virtually no view of the trackage it controlled, however. I'm fairly sure it's still operating, but the Reading line freight connection is, I believe, part of the newer, smaller CP-HARRIS.

State is still running and Harris is owned by the Harrisburg Chapter of the NRHS.

But does anyone which tower is over by Paxton Street ? It is abandoned now and located where the Lurgan Line branched off from the current Reading Line. You can see it from Route 230 driving towards Harrisburg.
