To the best of my knowledge, the following railroads purchased or used General American G-85 flatcars: AT&SF, BN (ex-NP?), NP, NYNH&H, PC (ex-NYNH&H?), REA, & SP.

Any others?

The NYNH&H G-85s were passenger-equipped (train signal line plus steam line metallics). Were the REA G-85s likewise equipped? Any others passenger-equipped?
