A very interesting route between Denver and Cheyenne w/a big coal plant in Boulder and street running in Fort Collins, CO. Seems like the line has no signals. Was it downgraded to a non-block controlled route some time ago ?

I assume UP has rights on this line to move coal ?

Some of the Denver bound freights use a widecab pusher on the rear.

Any tidbits on this line are appreciated.
