Frequency of trains at Horseshoe Curve question

Hello all. I'm planning to stop for a day at Horseshoe Curve while on vacation next month. I was wondering whether I should try to time it for a particular day of the week in order to see the most traffic. I read an old report (from 2006) that said Mondays are (for whatever reason) the slowest day. Of course, my initial plans had me there on a Monday so I was wondering if I need to rework things. Can anyone fill me in on what the train frequencies are these days and whether that report about Mondays is indeed true?

Monday , may be a slow day, but you still won't be disappointed. As well, traffic seems to slow in the early afternoon for a few hours, but then again you still won't be disppointed.
