I heard a rumor (from a CSX employee) that the Fort Wayne line may soon be for sale or lease. Anyone else heard anything like this?

The former T&OC line from Ridgeway north to Toledo.I thought this line was torn up, from Toledo South - The one that used to run through Fostoria.
RailAmerica filed with the Surface Transportation Board today a letter
stating the following notice was posted at the workplace regarding the
Chicago, Ft. Wayne & Eastern Railroad (CFER).
May 19, 2004

The Western Branch (the line through Bowling Green) went into the north end of Stanley Yard. When the Eastern Branch was taken up this removed the southern access to Stanley Yard and setup the singled-ended arrangment of the yard used today.
