Former Monon line in New Albany, IN

I periodically check on things back in my Dad's hometown of New Albany, IN. Last time I was out there a year ago, the line north of the Pillsbury plant was out of service, with a few strings of centerbeam flats in storage occupying the main. Is this still the case, or is anything running up that way now?

These centerbeams were in storage north of New Albany last year, so is it wishful thinking that the line has been re-activated?
