Has anyone riding NJ Transit trains seen a significant fare hike? My December monthly went up by 24%. I can't find any comments online anywhere. The only thing I can find is articles about the governor's promise not to raise fares. I would imagine there would be tons of comments if there was a %24 percent increase (this is an extra $75 a month for me). I have to assume this is a system error on their side. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this as well?
Fares were discounted over the summer when the trains were diverted to Hoboken. Are you comparing it to that price?
