F/G/V train proposal in Brooklyn.

This is what I believe the express & local plan should be for the F/G/V in Brooklyn when it begins.

1)Operate the F train express in both directions between Jay St & Church Av stopping at 7th Av during rush hours, local other times.

2)Extend the V train to Church Av in Brooklyn running local between Jay Sy & Church Av during rush hours only, 2nd Av other times.

3)Extend the G train to Church Av at all times.

In this case, I'd say extend the V to Kings Highway and make it a rush hour only line.
