Did Union Pacific got some of the U33C´s from the SP merger or did SP retire them before? If yes, when was the last unit retired?

Don Strack's excellent Utah Rails website (http://www.utahrails.net) shows no indication these units were on the books in 1995, let alone carried into, let alone survived the merger.

I think they were traded in to GE in the early 80's for Dash-7s.

Last U33C I saw was in early 1988 in Yuma, Arizona. Very few left by that time as most had been traded in on new units.
