Erie Lackawanna Railroad employee groups

I just wanted to start a string on Erie Lackawanna Railroad employee groups that are still somewhat active. Do you know of any groups of former EL people who get together on a regular basis and welcome others to join in, no matter how small the group may presently be? If so, please post their usual meeting locations and time. It may be a useful way to locate some of our friends.

I know of one...it is informal and meets once a year for lunch or dinner, usually in Susquehanna but don't know who to contact.

I think there is also an informal organization in the Hornell area that meets at one of the restraunts regularly.

Thanks for your postings guys. I have heard that there is a group of former employees that meets at a restaurant in the Marion, Ohio area on one Friday a month. I understand that several of the shop machinists, electricians, and office staff attend that one. I wonder if these groups are in contact with each other at all? I will try contacting one of the former shop managers who is still in the Marion area and see if we can find out the answer to that.
