If we're talking locomotives, we could always get Alstom(?) to run off a few more IORE heavy freight locomotives (or an updated version). They've given sterling service in Sweeden/Norway for the past decade or so, hauling 6,800 ton unit iron ore trains in some of the harshest conditions in Europe.
