EL PA Locomotives

I have found conflicting information on the disposition of the EL PA's. It appears certain that they were traded to EMD and went to Pielet but when ? All in one group at one time or in several groups at different times.

Anyone have some good dates other than "sometime in 1969" ? Where any on EL property later than 1969 ?
