1979 Hammond-North Judson
1979 Rochester-Decatur
1984?-Monterey-Rochester
2003-North Judson-Monterey

I'm not 100% sure on the line between Monterey and Rochester, but with the information from Railroads of Indiana on the Fulton County R.R. It said it ran trains into Monterey with would probally make the date I put down about right, because the track was removed in 1985.
