NNEPRA is making a couple of changes to the Downeaster schedule, and is also changing the way that seats are reserved, particularly in respect to Business Class.

I know its an old question, but has anyone any info on the litigation between the STB and Guilford regarding speed of Downeaster trains? It seems Guildford was mandated to increase the speed but nothing seems to occur.

I haven't heard anything about it lately.

Guilford has been told, more than one, that they are to allow the DE to run at 79 MPH... but they have yet to comply.
