Just east of the NJT station in Dover there is a yard that has many covered hoppers parked there - just off of Salem Street. Does the M&E serve a customer there? Their website does not indicate that.

Also, does NS have to go through Dover to get to Lake Junction to interchange with the M&E? If so, where does it enter NJT tracks?

That yard is the East Dover yard. This is strictly a Norfolk Southern yard. As for getting to lake junction you travel west about 3 miles. This is the M&E interchange with NS.
