Double-decker control cars on North Side

1701 is back online on the north side.

1600s are being retired or stripped of their control car status and being used as normal cars. I remember a few trains that ran along the stoughton line had a 16xx in the middle of the consist not too long ago.

1625+ are retired (save for the couple remaining). 1600-1624 were converted to blind cars 20+ years ago.
