Does NYNJ Rail own the boxcar NS 440423?

Does NYNJ Rail own the boxcar NS 440423? It seems to have been sitting in the same place in Bush Terminal literally for years untouched.

Or are they just storing it for NS?

well it's got FRA safety stripes so it's not dead, maybe holding supplies for NYNJ?

That's a bit odd. Some cars ping back and forth regularly (mostly the ones from local customers with dedicated fleets), though it's a bit more rare to see one from a large carrier just sitting around.

The air brake system might be overdue for maintance,or there's some other defect that will not allow a freight car to move.
The only other problem is a cargo claim on the last load that was hauled in that car(damaged/missing/wrong product shipped/etc).
Add to that the curent condition of the Greenvile yard and float bridge under repair/replacement there.

Oh yea wasn't there a sticker on the other side or something like that?
