Are the defect detectors the kind that will talk to the train after any movement over them or do they only talk when a defect is found? If they do talk, will it be by MP or the town that it is located in?

I think all of the detectors are voice responce. I was up in New Smyrna
Beach on Saturday and the one there goes off on the radio for every
train as well.
