DL&W TT help needed - S&U / Scranton Division

If anyone out there has old DL&W ETT's, I am looking for the following information:

About 1940 the Syracuse & Utica Division was absorbed by the Scranton Division. This change should show in an ETT and I am guessing 1940 but could be 1939 - 1942.

Any help in this regard appreciated or if anyone has specific information in such sources as General Orders or other documentation.
