Dining Car Replinish Bases

Hello All:

Where were the dining car replinish centers? I know DC was one and Chicago and Broad St. and Penn Station NYC and St. Louis were others.

I believe Harrisburg did so for both the Northern Central line as well as the 500 series trains north to Buffalo and Erie.

Am I missing any cities?

There were three commissaries in 1938: Chicago, Columbus, and New York.
