As information, next week CSX will be testing and cutting in two new
interlockings on the River Sub, CP 75 and CP-78.(The track from CP-78
to CP-80 has yet to be laid, but this will give the railroad one
more "parking space" while the upper half of the new siding is
installed). As a result, to defer some traffic, this coming Monday and
Tuesday, Sept 25 and 26 are expected to see a couple of detour moves
via the NYSW. No word on what trains will be involved, but this is
expected to be only a temporary measure while the trackwork is
completed. stay tuned..... More as info becomes available and
verifiable.... if the NYSW has the personnel in place, it should take
place.....
