Finally something is being done at the Battlefield. That track is awful.

The runaround, is that so they don't have to go down to Cross Street?

Correct me if I'm wrong. but there was also some mention of Woodhaven re-doing their tracks inside their property? Maybe Woodhaven will be getting a lot more shipment...

They are building a new siding next to Woodhaven, which I really don't see the point of.

Where, I don't see it.

Come on, this was a perfect opportunity to insert " Sand Trains". Since they chose not to extend the siding at Cross St, nor remove it, perhaps it has a future purpose.

They brought 11 to Woodhaven today. When I drove past Brick Recycling today I noticed that the gate for the Earle Lead was open and people were looking at the tracks...

I also saw nothing of that sort in the file.

Quick reminder for the Toys For Tots train. If for any reason you'd like to donate but can't make it out Saturday, Shop N Bag in Farmingdale has a toy drop off box that they will collect Saturday, and the store will have drop off box until at least the 16th.

Operation Toy Train says anything they collect Saturday will go to Red Bank for distribution.

Toys For Tots train went well. I don't have an exact number but they collected over a thousand toys this year vs 770 for last year.
