Are they still operating the PT98. I heard that the H71 on the Portland Secondary is very rare now. So do they interchange anymore?

So do they interchange anymore?No. Sadly Its over.....Interchanges are all at Scranton.. Usually there is a daily run out of Scranton to somewhere whether it is Carbondale or Mt. Pocono or Cresco..
Yes H71 north of Martin's Creek probably only runs 2-3 times a month to Portland for a customer near the wye.
