1800, 2302 & 116 have all been moved over to the Binghamton Engine house. I got lucky and saw them shifting them around this morning, 1802 was doing the work.

Anyone know what is going on? ( Hint: Kingfish :-D )

and 116 is not technically a NYSW locomotive..it is privately owned and leased to NYSW.

Her current status seems to be a bit of a mystery..(to the on-line railfan community anyway..im sure her owner or owners have it all under control! ;)
116 was owned by "Del Button", who I believe was a Delaware Otsego associate of Walter Rich..
Rich and Button are now both passed on..im not sure who owns 116 now..

I believe in the estate of Walter Rich the locomotive was donated to the D&U which is where it now resides. The is a dicussion on the New York State forum with all the details and some pictures.

I was just in Arkville, NY on Monday, Sept. 7 and saw O&W 116 at the Delaware and Ulster engine house. How did it get to Arkville? By truck? Are there rails all the to Oneonta?
