Anyone know of a link to a map that shows all the rail lines in Germany there is passenger service on? I know that if you go to the DB site and put in a starting city and destination you will get train suggestions, but I was wondering if there was anywhere on their sight that showed a map of every line with service.

Thanks in advance.

Page 7 of this (unrelated) brochure contains a map with all current DB and other routes in Germany.

There are a number of cargo-only links shown, but after all these are rather rare anyway, and often used for rerouting passenger traffic as well. The map's legend differentiates between high-speed lines, regional and interregional lines and regional-only lines, as well as electrified or not.

Alternatively, for a less static version, there's the official one with the DB Kursbuch: http://kursbuch.bahn.de/hafas/kbview.ex ... imgY=7#map

A real pain to navigate though. Has the same data as the above static map, but adds the KBS numbers for each line.
