I have read recently that PL-1 moves to Waterbury once per week.
Does anyone have any details?

There are only 2 regular customers in Waterbury, Hubard Hall Chemical and a scrap dealer. I think Pan Am only goes down to the Highland once a week and sticks around for a day or two to minimize the fees Amtrak charges on the NH-H-S line, so once a week/ as needed makes sense. Exact days are up to Pan Am.
