CSX ladder test

I am going to REDI on August 4th. Can anyone explain in detail how they do the ladder/hang test? What will fail you?

It's a piece of cake. When I was there it was 4 minutes on the ladders. 1 minute both hands, 1 minute signaling with you right hand, 1 minute both hands, 1 minute signaling with your left hand. Fall off or step off before they tell you to and you've failed.

and DON'T step off that ladder until you are told to do so!

Do you have to lean out (arm extension) while signaling or just hang close to the ladder?
