They installed new welded rail from Mansfield to Framingham and surface and aligning.At Walpole they have new signals the size on a main line railroad.There is a set of new large signals at south walpole and on the Foxboro town line.I am not sure who paid for all this, but I am guessing the state did.The MBTA is trying to build up the commuter rail at Gilette stadium ,but the station at Mansfield ,which is close to Foxboro and is a lot faster to Boston on the NE Corridor by about 20 minutes.Foxboro has a town parking lot near Mansfield station for commuters. A Large amount of work on yard tracks has been done at walpole and the yard at Mansfield.CSX sold this line to the state for millions and the state has upgraded the Framingham Secondary to main line condition.What a deal for CSX.

L010 is the Readville---> Framingham RT job, usually follows #709 out of town and picks up L011's empties in Walpole on the way to FRM
L001 is the other day Readville job, works the warehouse adjacent to Readville yard, RTE 128 Ind park, Stoughton Branch (as needed)
L011 is the Walpole day job that goes to Mansfield, works the chocolate usually M W F, and Zayers (W. Mansfield) T Th
