What is the scoop on CSX trains hauling coal out of Loveridge Mine in Fairview, West Virginia? I wasn't aware that CSX had rights on this portion of the railroad. Are both railroads contracted to haul out of the mine?

CSX owns the track from Catawba Jct to the old Federal #1. NS owns the track the rest of the way to the mine.

CSX loads their trains, NS loads theirs'.
