What is the disposition of the Crusader Budd passenger cars?

Does anyone know of the whereabouts of any of these cars?

One of the observation cars is at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. As of the summer the car was unrestored (still in VIA colors with signs in both English and French) and riding on what I think are not its original trucks. Also as of August visitors were permited to enter the car in the outdoor restoration yard. However, the museum has since shuffled its equipment and with the onset of cooler weather I don't know how accessable it is.
