CR on the Southern Secondary

No SA38 tonight.

Should be a rare long train when the return grabs the cars in Red Bank.

I remember when SJ2 had to double Middletown Hill. Take half the train up the hill and back it into the Lily Tulip siding, and go back to Red Bank for the other half of the train. Gone are those days.

Side note, they didn’t do Woodhaven or turn around last night so if they bring the train back today I don’t see them getting out of town before 4-5 PM.

If I remember right, they only took 4 cars to Woodhaven last week. So, not so long train.

Anyone know if SA31 is going back today? There’s a good chance that the return run will involve pulling the cars from Red Bank…

If 31 doesn’t want to do it have SA-93 do it or even have either Port Reading or Oak Island pick up the cars

More likely a NJT issue then a Csao issue. NJT probably doesn't want the marginal cars on their track.
